About Coningsby

We are a social club which tries to take part in as many competitions as we are able. We have a variety of talks and visits throughout the club year. Which so far have included bowling, police divers, flower arranging and a visit to Great Plains UK Ltd.
We have successful men and women’s Tug Of War teams which have taken part in many competitions throughout the county, including Heckington Show, Young Farmers Rally and The Lincolnshire Show, at county level representing Lincolnshire.

Coningsby have previously competed for the Overall Sports Trophy (where all Lincolnshire clubs compete), they came an amazing second, after they won two cross country events, the Ladies Tug Of War and came second in the Men’s Tug of War.
We are a successful club at county rally, and have competed in many competitions including the Lindsey YFC Cup (for the Clubs with 13-24 members gaining the highest marks overall at rally), coming 3rd. Members enjoy taking part in competitions which include Cooking, Brick Laying, Leap Frog, Milk Drinking, Log Sawing, Scrapbooking, welded sculpture and many more.
